Roles And Responsibilities
- Discretely handle sensitive material, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
- Serve as a liaison between executives and teams across the organization and process expense reports
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts
- Effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks while remaining flexible on short notice
- Seamlessly coordinate multiple calendars, internal/external event logistics, and travel plans
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented
- Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management
- Extremely resourceful – if you don’t know the answer, you can find it
- Extraordinary attention to detail, creative, upbeat, proactive, gritty
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
