Roles And Responsibilities
- Understand user impact of policies, become an expert in what moves the key metrics and conduct detailed analyses that result in actionable insights to enhance user experience on the platform
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Legal, Public Relations, and Product Management teams to craft convincing narratives to key policy makers, executives, governments based on data-driven approach
- Develop, build, measure performance on operational metrics (e.g., productivity, service level agreement, quality, cost, efficiency, timeliness), and generate insights to improve the efficiency of our operations
- Run ongoing and ad-hoc analyses in support of site-wide Trust and Safety objectives as well as operational effectiveness and incident response
Job Requirements
- Experience with delivering production level metrics, insights, and actions
- Experience in project management and process optimization with data analytics
- Familiarity with responding to high priority regulatory asks in a timely and appropriate fashion
- Experience writing and maintaining ETLs which operate on a variety of structured and unstructured sources
