  • Organize and analyze data using Excel, creating reports, charts, and visualizations
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and directing customers to appropriate resources
  • Efficiently sort and organize emails, respond to routine inquiries, and prioritize critical communications for our clients

Requirements

  • Skilled in office software, and highly adaptable to new technologies
  • Experience as Virtual Assistant/Administrative Support or similar role, preferably in a remote context
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones as required by US-based clients
  • Fluency in English is a must; candidates must possess strong skills in both spoken and written English
