Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and candidates interview schedules on behalf of team members
- Partner with the Internal Recruiting Team of the client by proactively sourcing and prequalifying candidates based on specific client requisitions
- Pre-qualify talent through profiling, gauging interest level and timing through phone calls and emails
- Identify and implement new/innovative ways to source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates
- Maintain and update ATS (Dynamics), LinkedIn Projects, and other internal/external databases with new and modified candidate records
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Recruitment, with a strong understanding of the US job market
- Excellent communication with US accent and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough candidate evaluations
