  • Provides analytics to business initiatives
  • Performs data extraction and analyzes data to make recommendations
  • Develops an understanding of HP’s financial processes and a working knowledge of the business
  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
  • Handles financial business issues
  • Analyzes past and current financial performance data
  • Provides financial analysis for a function or business

Job Requirements

  • Basic understanding of accounting processes
  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Typically 0+ years of experience as a financial analyst
  • Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Basic analytical skills
