Roles And Responsibilities
- Understand People, Process and Technology associated with group and its objectives
- Ideate and drive solutions to improve group and process effectiveness
- Coordinate, organize and prioritize operations or projects with a special focus on results
- Continuously learn, train and document procedures
- Fulfil requirements and meet goals and benchmarks set out at the start of the Business Leadership Program
- Manage finance and accounting process related deliverables and projects independently and assume additional responsibilities as a member of the team
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to ERP footprint, data visualization and automation tools is preferred
- Good analytical skills and superb attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
