Job Responsibilities
- Give insights to management and help in strategic planning
- Support business development and help to create efficient designs and solution processes
- Create various algorithms for optimizing demand and supply data
- Research and implement cost reduction opportunities
- Analyze metrics, key indicators and other available data sources to discover root causes of process defects
- Determine efficient utilization of resources
- Conduct analysis and solution-building based on insights captured from data
Job Requirements
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple project in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (must-have) and Python(must have)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
