Job Summary
You will develop and maintain performance-based learning modules and complete online courses.You will build strong relationships with subject matter experts throughout our company to define the learning objectives. Then you will work with the team to create those courses. You will continuously monitor learning content for opportunities for improvement and update courses as required.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging on-demand video and eLearning content
- Create and maintain hands on exercises
- Work in an agile way, ensuring content is valuable and highly useful
- Able to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Work with team members to develop courses from inception to completion
- Earn OutSystems certification in 5 month of hire
- Monitor relevant metrics and act based on data points and feedback
Requirements
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of programming languages
- Knowledge of Agile product development processes and tools such as Jira
- Create content in Markdown
- Experience with Application Development
- Knowledge of Instructional design
- Experience with GitHub as a user
