Job Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication with parents, collect and address their feedback to foster a positive and collaborative relationship
- Evaluate students’ learning and development in an online environment, ensuring comprehensive assessment methods are employed
- Respond promptly and accurately to student inquiries to facilitate their learning process
- Conduct occasional one-on-one sessions with students over online platforms such as Google Meet for better clarification of doubts, utilizing laptop and digitizer tools
- Emphasize tracking and ensuring students’ class attendance and retention for the upcoming academic session
Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Prior experience in education or student support roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in online communication platforms and digital tools
