- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issue via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction metrics and response time goals
