Roles And Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, document, tackle problems, and define solutions
- Technical quality assurance and testing
- Independently navigate and interpret various data tables to develop creative solutions for wide range of analytics requests
- Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep support teams as efficient as possible
- Identify trends in assigned area and propose improvements
- Author resources and communicate solution details
- Interpret & improve existing queries and data products/tools by other analysts in an efficient manner
Job Requirements
- Strong stakeholder leadership skills
- Understanding of data modeling concepts
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in technical troubleshooting
- Basic visual and UI design skills (Tableau preferable)
- Intermediate data analysis and processing skills using spreadsheets with formulas and SQL
- Understanding of ETL concepts
- Practical experience working in cloud environments
