Roles And Responsibilities
- Handle data imports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
- Provide support for Chili Piper routing, ensuring leads and tasks are routed correctly and efficiently
- Following up on tasks that need additional information or clarification before action can be taken
- Suggest improvements that will increase the conversion rate of our Contact Sales funnels
- Manage basic intake requests, documenting processes and ensuring requests are handled promptly
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in marketing operations, with experience in system monitoring and data management
- Experience with Marketo or similar marketing operations tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets to perform basic analysis
