Role And Responsibilities
- Document details of each call, including caller information, reason for call, and any actions taken
- Handle payroll inquiries, including addressing concerns about missing or incorrect pay
- Provide feedback to management on recurrent issues or areas of improvement
- Remain calm, empathetic, and professional, ensuring that the caller feels heard and valued
- Answer incoming phone calls from security guards and ensure that each call is handled in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with other departments, including payroll and scheduling, to resolve issues
- Address questions related to schedules, clock-in details, post orders, and other job-related inquiries
